How to compile, write and send articles
Respected authors are requested to follow the following guidelines in order to speed up the evaluation and printing process:
a. First page: summary of the article
- Full title of the article.
- The full name and surname of the author or authors should be below the title and as follows:
- First name and surname of the first author who is the responsible author;
- The name and surname of the second author after the other authors;
- In the footer of the first page, write the academic rank, field of study, scientific group, and organizational affiliation, along with the e-mail address of the responsible author and other authors.
- Abstract: between 200 and 300 words
- Keywords: between 3 and 5 words
b. Organizing and editing the article
- Introduction: (Includes statement of the problem, proposal of hypothesis, importance and necessity, objectives of the article, proposal of the main question of maximum two pages Research background review
- Theoretical foundations and method: explaining the theoretical framework, determining the appropriate method, as well as the method of data collection and analysis
- The main body of the article: including analysis and explanation of research data, tables and graphs (with numbers and guides) and... in order to answer questions or test hypotheses
- Conclusion: expressing the findings of the article along with criticism or suggestions
- References: at the end of the article. Including A: Farsi sources, B: English and Arabic sources, C: Separate digital sources
c. Numbering system
The numbering method of the main titles i.e. (theoretical foundations, research methods, etc.) is numbered with Persian letters (A, B, P...) and sub-titles are numbered with numbers (3, 2, 1. .) Subtitles should be numbered with (1-1, 2-1, 3-1,.......).
d. How to write articles
- The article should be typed only through Microsoft Word software version 2010 or 2007 with B lotus 12 font (Latin Times New Roman 10) and notes and bibliography B lotus 12 (Latin Times New Roman 10).2.
- The volume of the article should be between 6000 and 8000 words (20 to 25 pages with 300 words).
- Regarding ambiguous foreign words or non-Persian equivalents, immediately after mentioning such words (only in the first reference), write the Latin equivalent in the form of a subtitle at the bottom of the same page.
- In-text referencing:
- Persian sources: (author's last name, year of publication, volume, page)·
- Latin sources: (page, volume, publication year, author's last name)/ example: (Barry, 2012, Vol:2: 78).
- Note one. Avoid using the words same, previous and... (Ibid,...) in referencing.
- Note two. If more than one work is published by an author in one year, it should be distinguished from each other by mentioning alphabetical letters after the year of publication.
e. Bibliography at the end of the article in alphabetical order
Book: last name, author's name (date of publication), book title, translator's name, place of publication: publisher's name, publication number, volume. As:
- Nye, joseph (2004), Soft Power:The Means of Success in World Politics, New York: W.W. Norton.
Article: last name, author's name (date of publication), "title of the article", name of the publication, period of the publication, number of the publication.As:
- Nye, joseph (1990), "Soft Power", foreign policy, No.80,Twentieth Anniversary, Autumn, pp.153-171.
f. Electronic references
Last name, author's name, title of the article, date of visiting the site or the last date of updating the site, exact Internet address or CD access (along with the news number or news code if any).As:

g. considerations
- The submitted article should not be published in any domestic or foreign magazine.
- The submitted article should not be sent to other journals at the same time.
- "Revolution Research" magazine is free to modify and edit articles.
